PicnicAs some of you may know we recently returned from our highly anticipated trip to the northwest. We got a great deal on a rental car, got great gas mileage and had a great time. The following will help to illustrate our great time.

We took a couple of trips to Lewisville Park. This was the first. Here we are picnic-ing with G'ma and G'pa Snider. Briggy's face will show you the depth of our great time.

The great time only gets better if you can wade in a river and catch crawdads and minnows.

I can't help myself I feel the need to help in the search for critters to catch. I could have found a more flattering picture, but this one shows the pair of sunglasses I hung off my back pocket and then forgot about and sat on.
Wedding
Of course, the main reason for our trip was to attend my brother James's wedding to his very nice bride Lillian. Most of the following pictures are actually of my kids. If you want to see pictures of James and Lillian you will have to ask James and Lillian. (Sorry, Mom.)

Well, none of these are actually my children, but I had to put them in because these are people I never get to see. On the left are my Aunt Rita and Uncle Larry and on the right is Sandy Giacalone (sp?) and the Hills. You actually can't see Geri, but she's there. Also in the middle are the back of Mom's head and across from her Dad.

Who can this suave gentleman be sipping wedding punch?

We can only imagine who Briggy is smiling at here, but I'm going to assume she's pretty.

Here's Gary dancing with his number one girl.

Okay, again, not my kids, but too cute. This is the flower girl (Taylar) and the ring bearer (Joey) dancing.

Cousins. (Taylar, Elizabeth, Fiona, Zoe, Joey & Briggy)

What is this look that Briggy is giving Joey?

The talented one is ours.

Here are the kids testing out what it feels like to stand where the bride and groom will stand during the wedding.
We'll have a few more pics later. Gary has one unfinished roll in his camera.
